This event will offer library visitors, and community at large, a unique perspective into the fascinating array of products and processes found in local manufacturing companies in the Elgin area.
Manufacturing, the cornerstone of our economy, is growing and creating jobs right here in the Elgin area. There are over 600 manufactures! This event will give us an opportunity to show young people what modern manufacturing is really like, and the wealth of opportunities that await them. Manufacture Your Future is offered in partnership between the Elgin Development Group and the Gail Borden Public Library District.
