Join us for the 14th Annual Comic Book Mania Convention! Meet local artists, writers and vendors. Enjoy special activities throughout the day. See below for list of Artist Alley participants.

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Secrets of the Sewer
Exhibit at the Main Library

Families will be transported to the underground home of the crime-fighting heroes to see what really happens in their secret hideaway.

The four funny Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles will share life lessons and team-building skills with their crime-fighting tactics. Through team-building challenges, collaborative games and mind teasing puzzles, families and friends will learn skills to help them successfully work together.

Pushing Shape in Your Art: Workshop with Justin Castenada

Artist Justin Castaneda will show you how to emphasize shape in your art to create dynamic cartoons and characters. He will also provide you with some drawing exercises to fight the creative block.

Draw Yourself as a Superhero: Workshop with Artist Gene Ha

All are welcome; registration is not required.

Meet one of the artistic teams of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, writer Gary Carlson and artist Frank Fosco. Learn how they created the TMNT comic book for over two years. One lucky winner will receive an original TMNT sketch, drawn by Frank in front of the audience! An autograph session for attendees of this program will follow.
