Free tickets will be available at any Library location three weeks before each concert. Meet the artists and enjoy refreshments after each concert.

Magical Strings of Youth

Sunday, March 15 | 3 – 4 pm

Featuring violinists ranging from age four through high school from the Betty Haag Academy of Music will perform classical music of Bach, Mozart, Vivaldi and others.

Hollis Prize Winner's Recital

Millikin University’s School of Music is pleased to present the 2019 Hollis Prize Winner’s Recital at Gail Borden Public Library.

The competition is made possible through the generosity of Dr. Kimm Hollis, Milikin alumnus and Professor of Music and Artist in Residence Emeritus at Hanover College in Indiana. No tickets.

In April, 1970, the Beatles called it quits. Performance and interview clips will show some reasons it all fell apart and what—if anything—could have been done to keep the band intact.
