School District U-46

During the School Shutdown, the District is providing Free Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner

While schools are closed, School District U-46 will be providing free packaged, ready-to-go meals to all children 18 years and younger. For specific dates, times and locations, click here.

The Salvation Army

Food for Greater Elgin invites anyone experiencing financial difficulties to come, register, shop, and choose the food your family enjoys. Food For Greater Elgin hosts a client-choice food distribution four times each week and all households can shop once each week. For information, click here.

Elgin Fresh Market
