Voter Registration
Residents of the State of Illinois may register to vote at the Main Library first floor Registration Desk or at the Rakow Branch when the library is open.
Please have two forms of identification with you, one with your current address. Naturalized citizens should know the date and place of their naturalization.
For the 2026 General Primary Election on Tuesday, March 17th, the last day to register to vote at the Library is Tuesday, February 17th. Voter Registration at the Library will resume on Thursday, March 19th.
