150 or more Passionate Readers

In honor of our 150th Anniversary and our summer reading theme of "I think I can, I know I can...150 Years of Reading," we're collecting stories from at least 150 passionate readers in this community telling us what book turned them into an ardent reader.

This campaign is for community members and staff members. We will be releasing them in small batches throughout the year.  GBPL Trustee, Elisa Lara, City of Elgin Mayor, Dave Kaptain and more have already contributed stories. Hear them below.
