3/16/21 Rakow Branch Building is Closed, Drive Up Open

Due to a staffing shortage at Rakow, only the Rakow Branch Drive-up window is open. The building is closed through Sunday, March 21. 

During the Covid-19 pandemic, we have always prioritized the safety of our customers and staff. That is why we are able to open the Rakow Branch only for drive-up access. The health and well-being of our staff is vital to a strong organization.

We anticipate that Monday, March 22 we will be able to resume our regular hours and services. We know this is an inconvenience and encourage you to visit our South Elgin branch or the Main Library for full-service.
